On Monday, InSing.com published an article (‘Trains to get more crowded’). According to the article, train commuters will have little choice but to put up with trains getting more crowded in the next three years because projects to alleviate the overcrowding will take years to implement.

It begs the question: WHYY do we have to wait until 2018 before the system can we upgraded? That’s seven years.

Yet we are asked to live with it. “It cannot be helped”. “We have little choice.” Y are the ministers and PM paid millions to give us little choice?! Can you tolerate your servants telling u that and u still wanna keep employing the bad service?! >:(

Despite the peak hours congestion and occasional hiccups on delays and trip-offs, our mrt system is by international standards ok and to be proud of. Yes there will always be hiccups and always with rooms for improvement. Comparatively if you have lived and experienced the other big cities’ subways/metros/tubes etc and if you keep an open mind, you shld smile…think sensibly.
